Our live, interactive online sessions along with practical training by the expert, experienced and handpicked trainers help the students to understand and implement their learning in a day-to-day scenario. EHS offers Basic and Advance courses. After successful completion of the course the students can have a career as a care giver, or they can be a better equipped parents for their special need children.

BASIC LEVEL
SPECIAL-NEED CAREGIVERS TRAINING
Providing basic level practical skills on care provision to special need kids. General understanding of various types of disabilities and how to identify them.
Equipping the students with the understanding of behavioural problems during interaction with special-need kids and how to address that in a better manner; wider knowledge on the most common types of disabilities in the community.
Ethical responsibilities when dealing with special need children; communication skills with the child, ensuring better acceptance of the child in the community through continuous support and development.
The support provisions by the government and their right of education; focusing on personalized support and how to create a continuous learning environment for the child; how to better secure their future.
How to raise awareness in the community and promote inclusive culture.

ADVANCED LEVEL
SPECIAL-NEED CAREGIVERS TRAINING
Advanced level training on special need support skills; fundamental understanding of special needs education, related laws and regulations; expected roles of caregivers in the community.
Detailed understanding of various types of disabilities and how to identify them.
Deeper understanding on learning disabilities and how to deal with those for better support, behaviour problems during interaction with special need kids and related disability conditions, devise plans for improvement, about autism and other distinctive disorders.
Detailed assessment & analysis of the understanding of disabilities in the community, identifying barriers, success stories, conceptualising and designing solutions; ensuring that no child is left behind through personalized support as per the individual’s needs.
Working with parents and teachers, getting help from health professionals, continuous capacity building; become agents for promoting inclusive culture in the community; ethical responsibilities when dealing with special need children; communication skills with the child, ensuring better acceptance of the child in the community through continuous support and development.
